Job Summary
Beta-Care Support Solutions provides tailored support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are part of the Inland Regional Center network. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, clients, and callers with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including document preparation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for staff
  • Conduct and organize intake assessments
  • Provide a range of administrative support functions
  • Directly serve assigned individuals
  • Respond to unexpected staff absences by either covering shifts or arranging replacements

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services required, or an Associate Degree in Human Services with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work both independent and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Outstanding phone communication and professional interaction abilities
  • Clear, courteous, and effective verbal communication
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization
  • Proficiency with clerical functions such as filing, data entry, digital scheduling and calendar systems
  • Prior experience in social services, human services preferred.
