Mayzon is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Mwanza. The Sales Executive will act as a primary point of contact at Vodacom touchpoints, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving revenue through the promotion and sale of Vodacom products and services. The ideal candidate will be expected to resolve technical issues, manage customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records of all service interactions.
In addition to customer service duties, this role focuses heavily on sales targets and market expansion. You will be responsible for selling scratch vouchers, facilitating KASI internet, SUPA KASI activations, and managing FWA services. The successful candidate will plan Go-To-Market activities, gather market intelligence, and ensure that all sales objectives and key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded.
