- Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures using ionizing radiation
- Ensure accurate patient identification, order verification, and preparation
- Conduct scans per department protocols and physician orders
- Evaluate images for quality, clarity, and diagnostic accuracy
- Administer contrast media safely under supervision
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety (ALARA) standards
- Educate patients and ensure comfort throughout procedures
- Document procedures, patient data, and any incidents accurately
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain infection control and sterile techniques
