Accountant ( pharmaceutical )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced mid-level Accountant with approximately 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, and supporting overall financial operations. Candidates with a background in the pharmaceutical industry are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage financial records and general ledger accounts
• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Track company finances, including expenses and revenues
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Approximately 5 years of accounting experience (mid-level)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial management
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
