Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer located in Andover, MA. Personal Trainers are responsible for developing personalized fitness plans, providing one-on-one training sessions, and instructing buddy or group sessions. Additional responsibilities include offering guidance on nutrition, coaching clients to reach their fitness goals, and ensuring a safe and energetic environment for all participants. Additionally, the role requires maintaining client progress and actively contributing to the positive fitness community at Best You Training.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and conducting Circuit Training sessions
- Knowledge and experience in Nutrition and guiding clients toward healthy lifestyle choices
- Strong skills in Sports Coaching and facilitating group fitness activities
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NASM, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent) are highly preferred
- Ability to engage and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
