Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Design custom, safe, and effective workout programs
- Educate clients on strength training, nutrition fundamentals, recovery, and long-term progress
- Build real connections—listen without judgment, lead with empathy, and create a positive experience
- Contribute to a tight-knit team culture focused on collaboration, continuous growth, and mutual support
- Help keep our studio clean, safe, and welcoming
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- Nationally certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills—you’re great at explaining concepts clearly and making clients feel heard
- Passionate about fitness, curious about the science, and excited to keep learning
- Bonus points if you’re already living the healthy lifestyle you coach!
