Part-Time Front Desk Associate
This position is 8-16 hours weekly and a combination of 1st and 2nd shifts which includes weekends and holidays. Must be reliable, have previous customer service experience and computer proficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using several computer programs.
- Answer phones, process reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- All other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication, multi tasking abilities and proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently effectively.
- Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
Part-Time Housekeeping/Laundry Attendant
This position is 16-24 hours weekly on 1st shift and includes weekends and holidays. Must be reliable and have previous work cleaning experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms in a timely manner according to Best Western brand standards.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, clean bathrooms and restock guest amenities.
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels.
- Maintain cleanliness in laundry and housekeeping areas.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- All other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
