What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor position at Best Western St Louis?
About Us
We’re a Best Western in Fairview Heights, and we believe in making every guest feel like they’re right at home. That starts with hiring people who bring energy, positivity, and a true passion for great service. If you’re someone who loves meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in their work, we’d love for you to join our team.
What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Associate, you’re the first and last impression our guests will have—and we want it to be a great one! You’ll be checking people in and out, answering their questions, and making sure their stay goes smoothly. Here’s a bit more about the role:
- Greet guests with a big smile and a warm welcome—they’ll feel the energy!
- Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Share tips on local attractions, restaurants, and hotel amenities (because you know the area like the back of your hand).
- Solve guest concerns with care and a “we’ve got this” attitude.
- Keep the front desk looking sharp and organized.
- Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Encourage guests to join the Best Western Rewards program (it’s a win-win for everyone).
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to work every day.
- Loves details and has a knack for keeping things organized.
- Isn’t afraid of hard work and goes above and beyond for our guests.
- Truly cares about making people happy and values being part of a team.
- Stays upbeat, even when things get a little hectic (it’s hospitality—busy days happen!).
- Has some customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in a hotel, but not required).
Why You’ll Love It Here
- Competitive pay—because we value your hard work.
- Discounts on hotel stays (hello, cheap vacations!).
- A team that feels like family—we support and lift each other up.
- Opportunities to grow—we love promoting from within.
If this sounds like the kind of job you’d thrive in, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and let’s make our guests’ stays unforgettable—together.
