Responsibilities
' Greet and check-in guests efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records using multi-line phone systems and front desk software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed.
- Promote a positive guest experience through attentive service and hospitality.
