Best Western Premier are looking for a part time Night Auditor & Front Desk Agent for our location in Ankeny.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting a part time position to supplement their full time job. This position is during the overnight hours from 11pm-7am 3 nights a week - giving you your days open to manage time with your family and friends! We also have another position open for Saturdays & Sundays from 7am-3pm.

SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
- Should be familiar with computers, microsoft word and excel experience are helpful but not required.
- Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
- Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department. Takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary. Knows cancellation procedures.
- Process guest check-outs.
- Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to guest accounts and folios.
- Uses proper telephone etiquette.
- Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the Front Desk Manager or General Manager.
- Knows all safety and emergency procedures, is aware of accident prevention policies.
- Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
- Performs cleaning in all public spaces.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
