Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Lounge Cook to join our team. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking food to order, ensuring timely and accurate service, prepping ingredients for upcoming shifts, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required. We will also train you as a fill-in bartender to help or cover shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to lounge menu and specifications
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly
- Perform prep work for future shifts, including chopping, portioning, and stocking
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Experience
- Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required.
