Duties
- Prepare ingredients and components for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and portioning with precision knife skills

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, stoves, mixers, and food safety sanitizing procedures
- Support the culinary team in meal preparation for both regular service and special dietary needs, including dietary aide tasks if applicable
