Full and Part-time opening for a Front Desk Agent for day, evening, and overnight shifts.
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for operating the hotel’s front desk systems for reservations, check-in/check-out of guests, managing guest accommodations, and coordinating with different departments of the hotel in accordance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room key and gives directions.
- Smile, acknowledge, and greet guests at front desk and other public areas, and be able to assist customers proactively.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; as well as local shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
- Send and receive telephone calls and faxes in professional manner; sort incoming mail and messages.
- Maintain a constant presence at the front desk to assist guests as quickly as possible.
- Maintaining and organizing front desk and lobby area; duties include mopping, cleaning and vacuuming.
- Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations.
- Verify and collect guest payments and identification, ensuring all procedures are followed to protect sensitive guest information including identity and credit card information. Process all financial transactions with strict adherence to defined procedures.
