Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and positive attitude, establishing an inviting atmosphere from the outset
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, buffet stations, and dining spaces
- Monitor food presentation and replenish items as needed to ensure freshness and availability
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service and address any guest needs or concerns
- Maintain food handlers permit and any other required permits
Experience
- Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a welcoming personality
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and foster guest satisfaction
