• Manage laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, dining spaces, kitchen stations, and laundry facilities through regular cleaning routines.
• Support guest needs by bussing tables, replenishing supplies, and providing friendly customer service with a welcoming attitude.
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately when needed.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and dietary guidelines to ensure safety and satisfaction for all guests.

Skills

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly valued to assist with breakfast service.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to engage guests warmly.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in transaction handling.
• Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing tables, and maintaining hygiene standards in hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices including proper food handling, sanitation, and dietary accommodations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
• Experience in hotel or restaurant settings, including banquet or catering experience, is a plus.
