The Best Western Plus University Inn is looking for a Front Desk Guest Agent.
This position is responsible for helping guests make hotel reservations, checking guests in and out and assisting guests with hotel and area information as well as close of day procedures. The front desk is a central focus for guest interaction and creates a lasting impression on our guests.
An outgoing and friendly attitude, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and taking pride in your work are essential characteristics of the ideal candidate for this position. This is a fast-paced job with immense reward in knowing you made a lasting impression on our guests and a valuable contribution to the success of our hotel.
