Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and reconciling daily transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all financial activities and guest information during the night shift
- Assist with phone inquiries using multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional phone etiquette and guest relations
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and well-stocked for smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel guest services or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment
