We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Security to join our team at Best Western. Located in Durango Colorado, this role is vital in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift and providing exceptional guest service. As a Night Auditor, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during their stay.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain security protocols for the hotel during night hours.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates and revenue for management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold Best Western’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts 11pm-7am
