We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management or hospitality and be able to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding guest service.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Prepare daily reports on hotel occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property during overnight hours.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential.
