Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service throughout the overnight shift.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments accurately.
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete nightly audit procedures, including balancing transactions and verifying reports.
- Reconcile guest accounts, payments, and folios with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and distribute required daily reports for management and other departments.
- Monitor front desk activity, security procedures, and property safety during overnight hours.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to support guest satisfaction.
