Qualifications
- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- Night Auditor - Full time. Willing to work weekends.
- Flexible in any shifts when needed.

- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and speed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing clear and helpful information to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details to support smooth operations.
- Conduct nightly audits of daily transactions, ensuring all financial records are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Monitor hotel security by observing activity in the lobby and reporting any suspicious behavior to ensure guest safety and peace of mind.
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
- Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
- Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
- Handle customer complaints as necessary
