Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting while delivering outstanding customer service. Your attention to detail and culinary skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances our guests' stay.

Duties
- Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, utensils, and food displays.
- Set up the breakfast buffet before service and replenish items as needed throughout the meal period.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting with any inquiries or requests.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately while ensuring proper phone etiquette when answering guest calls.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to comply with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate menu items and special dietary needs.
- Assist in catering events as required, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests is a plus.
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
