Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services with a friendly and professional attitude
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen spaces, and front desk zones through regular cleaning and bussing duties
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using POS systems such as Autoclerk POS .
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about services and reservations using Auto clerk or similar reservation systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles such as host/hostess or banquet staff is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, knife skills, meat cutting, and meal presentation
- Familiarity with POS systems like Auto Clerk; cashiering experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and cleanliness
- Experience in hotel or restaurant settings demonstrating guest relations skills.
