Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety standards are met at all times
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish items as needed, and maintain cleanliness throughout service hours
- Greet guests warmly with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills, providing friendly assistance and answering inquiries about menu options
- Manage food handling responsibilities with precision, adhering to all health regulations and dietary guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, washing dishes, and ensuring all kitchen and service areas are sanitized regularly
