While the world sleeps, you’ll be the steady presence ensuring accuracy, security, and a welcoming experience for our late-night arrivals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Night Auditor, you’ll combine front desk hospitality with essential overnight accounting responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, organization, and ownership of their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist late-night arrivals with a professional and welcoming attitude
• Manage guest check-ins (no scheduled departures during this shift)
• Verify the accuracy of guest folios and ensure all charges are properly posted
• Complete the nightly audit process in accordance with brand standards (PMS training provided)
• Reconcile daily transactions and balance reports
• Answer phones and assist with reservations or guest inquiries
• Maintain a secure and orderly lobby environment overnight
• Prepare breakfast and set up the dining room to ensure a smooth morning service transition
• Monitor, tidy, and ensure cleanliness standards are upheld in the pool area and fitness room during overnight hours
• Communicate effectively with first shift regarding any overnight activity or notes

Position Details:

• Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 9:45 p.m. to 5:45 a.m.. Initial training may take place on alternate nights as needed.
• Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour
• Location: Best Western Montrose Inn, Montrose, CO
• Position Type: Part-time (24 hours per week)

We’re Looking For:

• Prior front desk, hospitality, or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working independently
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a quiet, independent work environment
• Basic computer proficiency (training provided on hotel systems)
• A service-minded approach with strong problem-solving skills
