Country Inn & Suites is seeking a welcoming and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing warm hospitality, efficient check-in/check-out service, and prompt support throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using the hotel’s property management system
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Process payments and issue room keys
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Perform daily audit and reporting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with computers; experience with hotel software is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a professional appearance
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
