Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, and condiments to ensure a smooth service flow
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and drinks with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and food items throughout the shift
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all food handling meets health standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks like slicing fruit or assembling breakfast items as needed
- Support catering or banquet setups for special events or group reservations when required
Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong background in customer service and serving guests with professionalism and warmth
- Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet settings is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation enhances your candidacy
