What You'll Do

As a Laundry Attendant, you'll help make sure our housekeeping team has the clean, fresh linens they need to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

Safely and efficiently operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment.

Sort linens and other laundry items by type, fabric, color, and washing requirements.

Pre-treat and spot-clean stained or heavily soiled items.

Fold, organize, and store clean linens according to hotel standards.

Inspect linens for stains, damage, excessive wear, or other quality concerns.

Monitor linen inventory and communicate shortages, damage, or replacement needs to housekeeping leadership.

Keep the laundry room clean, organized, safe, and ready for use throughout the day.

Deliver and retrieve linens from guest rooms, housekeeping closets, and public areas as needed.

Properly handle laundry chemicals and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Work closely with the housekeeping team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Pitch in and support other team members when needed.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to have years of laundry experience to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in making things better.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role preferred.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Good organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.

The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.

A dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

The ability to communicate effectively in English.

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

A Few Things to Know

This is an active, hands-on position. Laundry Attendants should be comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday and performing physical tasks such as reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, bending, lifting, and carrying.

The position may require the ability to push, lift, and pull up to 50 pounds of wet or dry laundry, with ergonomic equipment available to assist with these tasks.

You'll also work with laundry equipment, cleaning chemicals, and PPE, so following safety procedures carefully is an important part of the job.
