What You'll Do

As a Guest Room Attendant, you'll help keep our hotel looking its best and ensure every guest walks into a room that feels clean, comfortable, and cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.

Make beds, change linens, and refresh rooms according to hotel standards.

Empty trash and dispose of waste safely and properly.

Ensure guest rooms are clean, orderly, fully stocked, and ready for inspection.

Follow established cleaning and quality standards consistently.

Check and replenish guest-room supplies and other consumables as needed.

Report maintenance concerns, damage, missing items, safety issues, or other unusual situations to a supervisor.

Respond to guest requests with professionalism, patience, and a friendly attitude.

Properly use and care for cleaning equipment and supplies.

Follow all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.

Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Pitch in as a team and help solve problems when they arise.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to have a perfect résumé to be successful here. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, cares about people, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience preferred.

A strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

A friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Good organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.

The ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Dependability and a positive, team-oriented approach.

The ability to communicate effectively in English.

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

A Few Things to Know

This is an active, hands-on position. Guest Room Attendants should be comfortable being on their feet and performing physical tasks throughout the workday, including reaching, kneeling, stooping, bending, and moving throughout guest rooms and work areas.
