As the Front Desk Guest Service Agent, you will serve as the command center of the hotel during your shift, ensuring smooth operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Serve as the central point of communication for hotel operations during your shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests
- Maintain accurate records and follow brand standards
- Ensure a welcoming, professional front desk environment at all times

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
