What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor position at Best Western Calexico?
This is an opportunity to be a part of the largest franchised motel chain in the world, Best Western.

As a Best Western Calexico Desk Sales Agent, you are the first impression of our hotel staff and are instrumental in every guest's experience at our hotel.
This is a part-time position. please consider this job only if your history is of holding jobs for considerate amount of time as we are really only looking for serious, responsible and long term employees. Thanks
3 to 4 Nights a week. Shifts are 11PM to 7AM (Graveyard Shift). There might be a change in shifts sometimes or in an emergency.
People who can cover an emergency shift a plus.**
The ideal candidate for this position:

- Can handle stressful situations in an even we get upset customer in a best way possible.
- displays a positive, upbeat attitude
- is incredibly adaptable and can switch gears with ease
- has amazing guest relation skills because you genuinely care about helping others
- flexible schedule, able to work nights and weekends as needed and has dependable transportation.
What you will be doing:
- Check-ins, check-outs, reservations, answer telephones, task cleaning, Night Auditing, Laundry folding is a must etc.
- Provide information concerning hotel, facilities, and the surrounding area.
- Complete paperwork necessary for front desk operation.
-Perform cleaning tasks assigned by the Manager as per the checklist.
Motel Front Desk experience is desirable but not required.
Spanish/English fluency is a plus.
Graveyard Experience a plus.
