Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Handle all guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Assist guests with luggage, room requests, and other personalized services as a houseman
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, special requests, and incident reports
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy
- Collaborate with hotel management to uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and courteously
- Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold hotel policies related to guest safety, security, and confidentiality
- Run and maintain shuttle to and from the Albuquerque Sunport, car rental, AM Track station.
Experience
- Previous hotel management or front desk experience in a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Experience in night audit procedures or guest relations roles will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services and phone etiquette, is essential
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and enthusiasm
