Position: Infor CloudSuite (Syteline) - ERP Analyst - Onsite
Full Time - No sponsorship or transfers available for this position
Salary: $100K - $120K plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance operational workflows across the order-to-cash lifecycle
- Provide functional and technical assistance to ERP end users across departments
- Support ERP administration activities including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement efforts
- Conduct ERP training and onboarding sessions tailored to department-specific processes
- Create, revise, and maintain process documentation and operational procedures
- Develop and monitor reporting dashboards and business performance metrics
- Investigate system-related issues and partner with users to identify effective resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Assess existing workflows and recommend process improvements while considering downstream operational impacts
- Prepare business and technical documentation for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, validation sessions, and testing activities
- Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership and business teams
- Coordinate user acceptance testing efforts and validate system functionality against business expectations
- Serve as a primary resource for ERP users during adoption of new functionality and process changes
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP applications in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Exposure to Infor CloudSuite (Syteline) or similar ERP.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business education preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Business Analyst or ERP-focused role
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced SQL querying and data analysis skills
- Demonstrated experience improving operational and ERP-related processes
- Proven ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams across multiple business areas
