Best Sign Group is looking for a dependable, mechanically minded Commercial Sign Installer & Service Technician to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas.
Whether you already have sign industry experience or come from construction, electrical, welding, maintenance, or another skilled trade, we'd like to talk with you. If you're willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in doing quality work, we'll provide the training, tools, and support to help you build a long-term career.
Every day is different. One day you may be installing a monument sign, the next troubleshooting an illuminated storefront sign or completing a site survey for an upcoming project. You'll work with an experienced teammate, use professional equipment, and represent Best Sign Group at customer locations throughout Northwest Arkansas.
What You'll Do
- Install commercial signs, vinyl graphics, and related products.
- Perform service calls and troubleshoot sign and lighting issues.
- Safely operate bucket trucks and other lifting equipment.
- Complete site surveys with photos and measurements.
- Communicate professionally with customers while on job sites.
- Work closely with your teammate to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Represent Best Sign Group with professionalism on every job.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sign installation, construction, electrical, welding, maintenance, or another skilled trade is preferred.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Able to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company.
