Job description
Our Litigation Paralegals are the backbone of our case management and trial team at our firm. They play a crucial role in our law office and assist our attorneys throughout every phase of a case. We are a group of professionals who strive to provide excellent client service through teamwork, transparent communication and the highest levels of integrity. We are looking for an experienced paralegal who shares these values to join our team! This position is in office, so please only apply if you can commute to the Tulsa Oklahoma Metro area.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Manage the case, understand the timeline, and assist attorneys in managing tasks
- Review, organize, and summarize case documents
- Assist attorneys in the preparation of hearings and upcoming depositions
- Draft routine notices, affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence
- Prepare discovery
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, staff, and other outside personnel to obtain information and provide case status and updates
- Utilize case management software to track and manage case-related tasks and deadlines
- Perform legal research
Qualifications:
- 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm preferred
- Paralegal certification is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using legal research tools, case management software, and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all work product and communication

Salary:
$22.50 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
