Best Sandwiches and Smoothies is looking to expand our team with passionate and dedicated individuals. We are seeking to fill our Sandwich Maker / Boba Barista / Cashier role with individuals that are enthusiastic, detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service experiences. The Sandwich Maker / Boba Barista / Cashier role will be responsible for taking guest orders with accuracy, ensuring they are prepared correctly and promptly delivering them with care. The role also will be responsible for crafting high-quality sandwiches, smoothies and iced beverages with attention to detail, ensuring that each product meets our quality standards and presentation expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take guest orders and process transactions accurately.
- Prepare and serve sandwiches while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare and serve smoothies and iced beverages while maintaining quality standards.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Ensure the establishment remains clean and organized, including the dining area, prep stations, cashier area, back room and restrooms.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure proper food handling and sanitation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a cash register system and handling transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and provide outstanding service.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our standards and procedures.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Must be food handler certified or willingness to become certified.
