Maintenance Technician - Full Time
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and repairs across our apartment communities in Northwest Arkansas.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair appliances including washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, and HVAC units
- Handle basic plumbing repairs such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
- Perform basic electrical work including outlet repairs, light fixture replacements, and troubleshooting
- Complete work orders in a timely manner and log activity in our property management system
- Keep properties clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Communicate clearly with tenants and management about repair status
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience repairing appliances - particularly washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, and HVAC units. HVAC repair experience is required.
- Basic plumbing and electrical experience
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn our systems - no prior software experience required
- Owning a truck is a strong plus - you will be reimbursed for your mileage used at work
Nice to have
- Experience working in apartments or residential properties
- Own basic tools
