About The Role

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in controls, automation, or related field Experience with PLC programming platforms such as Siemens, Fanuc, or Beckhoff Strong mathematical foundation (vectors, 3D geometry, transformations) Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Experience with HMI development and integration Understanding of full product lifecycle development from concept through customer support Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with database systems and SQL Familiarity with robotic systems (ABB, KUKA) Exposure to IIoT / Industry 4.0 technologies Experience with LabVIEW Knowledge of laser scanners, laser trackers, and precision measurement systems Familiarity with safety systems (SIL, risk assessment) Experience with multi-threaded programming Proficiency or exposure to high-level programming languages (C, C , C#, Python) Experience with large-scale machine tools, additive manufacturing, or composite systems Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or heavy industrial manufacturing standards
