Let's talk about what the role entails!

·         You will be responsible for posting payments, reconciling customer accounts and various reporting duties for management

·         Process daily payment remittances (Checks, Wires, ACH, etc.)

·         Perform daily reconciliation of cash application batches posted in our accounting software compared to the bank reports

·         Process credit card payments

·         Support collections efforts by completing research on cash applications per request of Collection Specialists and other collections personnel

·         Complete all reconciliations and reapplications provided by Credit/Collections

·         As needed, assist with generating regular reports to accurately track financial information

·         Address payment issues such as double payments or other discrepancies

·         Perform administrative and month end duties & support as required

·         Provide audit support as requested

·         Other duties and assignments as required by the department supervisor

We are looking for a results-driven, passionate, and focused individual who can provide first-in-class customer service representative of the values and culture for BLG. Additional requirements include:

·         2 years prior experience in accounts receivable and/or cash applications

·         Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives

·         Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines

·         Superb written and verbal communications skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Microsoft GP knowledge is a PLUS, as well as experience in the trucking & logistics field

Salary : $42,000 - $44,000
