What You’ll Do
- Perform cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to accurately diagnose issues
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
- Track repairs and work completed using trade software such as ServiceTitan
- Engage with customers to explain issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
What You Bring
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician (required)
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check (mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
