Veterinary Receptionist

Best Friends Veterinary Center is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturdays, (2-3 per month, 8a-2p).

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 1 years of client service experience
• Previous veterinary experience is required!!

We also work with a mobile surgeon for orthopedic services and do not perform any cosmetic surgeries, like ear cropping and declaws. We’re well-equipped with 6 exam rooms, 2 dental wet tables, digital radiology, ultrasound, a therapy laser, underwater treadmill, and more, and we emphasize wellness plans to our clients to ensure their pets are provided the best care possible the duration of their lives.
