Veterinary Village, located in Lomira WI, is a privately held clinic. We are growing and are in need to receptionists who are outgoing, welcoming and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Our clinic specializes in dog and cat wellness and prevention, surgeries, reproduction, chiropractic techniques, laser therapy and more. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Administration of client records
- Warmly and enthusiastically greet clients and patients arriving for appointments
- Managing a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments with clients
- Call clients with messages and follow-ups to appointments
- Assist clients at checkout with transactions
