ABOUT THE ROLE

No automotive experience? No problem. We provide paid, comprehensive product training so you can hit the ground running with confidence. What we can’t teach is the drive, the attitude, and the genuine desire to take care of people — that’s what we’re looking for.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build lasting relationships and create customers for life by listening carefully and understanding their needs
- Become the vehicle expert — master the full Ford and Lincoln lineup including features, packages, and the latest technology
- Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles tailored to each customer
- Guide customers confidently through the purchase process from first greeting to final delivery
- Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals, and build a personal book of business
- Learn to overcome objections and convert opportunities with professionalism and persistence
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on daily objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews
- Represent Best Ford with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude every single day
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience preferred; automotive experience a plus but not required — we will train the right person
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to maximize your earning potential
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must successfully complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
