As an Operations Manager with BEST Crowd Management, you’ll oversee the people, processes, and performance that make stadium and event operations run flawlessly. • Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 / year
• Work Location: Miami, FL

What You’ll Do

• 
  Lead daily operations including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and gameday execution — ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Partner with the General Manager/Regional Director to build staffing plans, manage budgets, and monitor costs to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

• Coach and mentor your team, developing skills, morale, and performance to deliver world-class service.

• Enhance the employee experience by fostering engagement, accountability, and teamwork at every level.

• Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless event execution — communicate proactively, respond quickly, and consistently exceed expectations.

• Oversee payroll accuracy (98% target) and ensure all positions are filled within 96 hours of shift start time.

• Analyze data and operations to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and innovation.

• Uphold company standards for quality, compliance, and service excellence.

• Be available to support operations as needed on evenings, weekends, and event days (some travel required).

What You Bring

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field or equivalent experience.

• 3 years of experience in operations, event staffing, security, or sports management.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills — ability to motivate teams to perform at their best.

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt quickly.

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check.
