Position Overview:
- This position is the front-line ambassador to the Minnesota Vikings and US Bank Stadium
- Create a premier experience for guests at US Bank Stadium
- Greet guests as they enter and leave the event
- Support guests with wayfinding through the facility
- Ensure a family-friendly environment in all areas of the Stadium
- Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, team officials, players, and other individuals associated with the event
- Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them
Required Qualifications:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong, clear communication skills
- Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- You have the ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Consent to background check and drug screen
