SUMMARY: The Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders (MVC) are seeking talented dance athletes and ambassadors with dynamic energy, precision, and bold performance presence to elevate the in-game experience for the Minnesota Vikings and represent the organization in the community and beyond. The MVC play a pivotal role in creating meaningful experiences for Vikings fans through youth initiatives, community outreach, international marketing efforts, and various charitable events associated with the Vikings.

Important aspects of this role include elite dance technique, athleticism, confidence, high character, appreciation for the Minnesota Vikings brand, a team mentality, and a commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. 

APPLICATION PROCESS:

• Applicants must complete the registration form linked on the official website of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders
• After initial registration form is submitted, applicants will receive a link to submit audition package
• Applicants must then complete this formal application via ADP WorkforceNow
• All three of the materials mentioned above will need to be submitted no later than Noon CST on Wednesday, March 18 to be considered

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform at all Vikings home games, including preseason, regular season, postseason, and any away games as requested, providing in-game entertainment, boosting crowd enthusiasm, and adhering to a schedule that includes fan activations, suite visits, and more.
• Attend team meetings and rehearsals with the expectation that all choreography, industry knowledge, athleticism, technique, and performance levels will be at a professional and NFL standard. 
• Participate in fan-facing appearances and community outreach, as assigned, upholding the Vikings SKOL Service Standards.
• Participate in organizational programming that engages the Minnesota community and surrounding areas, including the MVC Junior Cheer Program, Master Classes, and MVC Showcase.
• Increase MVC brand sentiment through promotions, partnership activations and various social media campaigns
• Cross-departmental collaboration throughout the Minnesota Vikings organization to meet organizational goals, connect with outside partners, increase fan engagement, and innovate in the game entertainment space. 
• Adhereto all rules & expectations outlined by the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders and in the Minnesota Vikings Employee Handbook.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older by May1, 2026. 
• Fundamental dance training and experience is required.
• Must be an enthusiastic, committed team player with strong communication and multi-tasking skills 

• Must reside or be willing to commute to the Minneapolis metro area for all rehearsals, appearances, games, etc. 
• Must have a valid passport for potential opportunities to represent the Minnesota Vikings internationally
