Boutique Primary Care & Behavioral Health Practice – West Hollywood Area A small, patient-centered primary care and behavioral health practice is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to support both front office and back office operations. This practice prioritizes thoughtful, patient-centered care rather than high-volume clinic workflows, allowing staff to focus on organization, communication, and quality care. This is a part-time role initially (~18–20 hours per week) in a calm, collaborative clinic environment with a mix of telehealth and in-person care. As the practice continues to grow, hours are expected to increase to approximately 24–32 hours per week over the coming months. Because this is a small private practice, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing both patient coordination and clinical support tasks while maintaining excellent communication and reliability. This role is ideal for an experienced MA who enjoys working in a smaller, more personalized practice environment rather than a high-volume corporate clinic.
