- 📨 Submit all required documentation promptly to the office to ensure smooth workflow
- 📞 Actively follow up on leads to turn prospects into scheduled appointments
- 🎓 Engage regularly in webinars and training sessions to continuously improve professional skills
- 📈 Collaborate with sellers to secure listings and develop effective marketing plans
- 💡 Offer expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and essential preparations for listings
- 🏠 Organize and conduct monthly open houses to highlight properties and draw in potential buyers
- 🔍 Allocate consistent weekly time for prospecting and building new client relationships
