Best Choice Plumbing & HVAC is looking for a Senior Plumbing Service Technician who is already operating at a high level.

This is a premium opportunity for an experienced service technician who can diagnose accurately, communicate clearly, present options ethically, document work properly, and deliver a professional customer experience.

This is not an entry-level plumbing role. We are looking for a true professional who understands service work, customer communication, repair options, replacement opportunities, and clean job closeout.

The right candidate should be comfortable handling higher-value service calls, water heaters, tankless systems, drains, sewer issues, water lines, leaks, fixtures, pumps, and larger repair or replacement opportunities.

Responsibilities

· Diagnose plumbing service issues accurately

· Repair and service leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters, tankless systems, water lines, sewer lines, pumps, toilets, faucets, and related plumbing systems

· Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options clearly and ethically

· Identify larger repair, replacement, sewer, water service, repipe, or estimate opportunities when appropriate

· Complete accurate job notes, photos, invoices, and closeout details

· Use ServiceTitan or similar field software

· Communicate clearly with dispatch, office staff, management, and customers

· Protect the customer’s home and maintain a clean work area

· Support company revenue goals while maintaining quality, honesty, and customer trust

· Follow company procedures, documentation standards, and safety expectations

Requirements

· Strong plumbing service experience

· Valid driver’s license

· Strong diagnostic ability

· Strong customer communication skills

· Ability to work independently

· Clean, professional work habits

· Comfortable presenting options to customers

· Comfortable using mobile apps or field software

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

· Qualified field candidates should have their own basic trade tools

Preferred Experience

· ServiceTitan experience

· Water heater service and installation

· Tankless water heater experience

· Drain and sewer experience

· Water service, sewer line, repipe, or larger repair experience

· Experience presenting options ethically

· Experience identifying estimate opportunities

· Experience mentoring junior technicians

· Strong residential and light commercial service background

Pay & Benefits

· $90,000-$150,000 total earning potential depending on experience, production, performance, and approved compensation structure
