- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on construction sites, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively
- Perform pipe fitting tasks such as cutting, bending, threading, and assembling piping systems according to specifications
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while following safety protocols to prevent injuries
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and building codes
- Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services like fixture replacement or minor repairs
- Follow schematics and technical instructions for HVAC systems when applicable to integrated building systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed
- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and installation practices
- Experience with welding, pipe threading, and working with schematics or technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy-duty equipment safely on construction sites
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems and general building mechanics
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret schematics for complex piping layouts
- Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks and working in physically demanding environments
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during installation or repairs
- Construction site experience with familiarity in remodeling or assembly projects
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Carpentry skills or handyman experience beneficial for versatile project support
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have an impeccable driving record.
